Venerdì 18 novembre alle ore 18:30, presso la sede Arci Bra in via Audisio 5, presenteremo il progetto di recupero Borgata Paraloup portato avanti dalla Fondazione Nuto Revelli, in occasione di un incontro organizzato da Arci Bra Uni-tre.
Porteremo la nostra testimonianza di nuovo centro culturale: parleremo di turismo lento, rigenerazione culturale e di pastorizia come attività di presidio del territorio. Lo faremo in compagnia di due pastori: il nostro amico e pastore Gian Vittorio Porasso de La Servaja e Renato Maunero, pastore di Cherasco.
Seguirà un aperitivo anti-spreco in stile Arci con i formaggi dei pastori e prodotti di montagna!
